Citrus County, Florida is seeking proposals from highly experienced professional SharePoint consulting Contractors to assist with the configuration and migration of Citrus County’s libraries’ (all 5 branches) existing on-premises Exchange Server to Exchange online and the on-premises Fileserver to SharePoint/Teams for our staff and computers.
Scope
The successful respondent will install and configure all aspects of the new solution, train Information Systems Staff, and provide support to Information Systems on the new systems for a period of one year. Please note that, while all of our full-time staff have their own computer and M365 user account, full-time (36 staff) and part-time (16 staff) utilize a single shared user account while working at the circulation desks. Patrons using public computers will not use M365 accounts.
The successful Respondent will install and configure M365 then migrate all servers and data from the existing servers to cloud based M365 environment, and train staff on the new environment. The County is aware that there are multiple ways and tools to make the transition. We expect the implementation Contractor to provide the recommendations that will be the best fit for the County’s needs.
There will be minimal or no impact or downtime to the operation of the library’s systems, other than that considered reasonable by industry standards. Every attempt must be made to ensure that any needed outage for migration purposes must be performed during a scheduled window for minimal disturbance of operations.
