1.1 The City of Hutchinson, Kansas seeks a qualified firm/individual to develop moderate-income housing on a city-owned 10.9-acre lot. All interested firms/individuals are invited to submit their proposals, in the format specified by this Request for Proposals.
1.2 Proposals will be received at the City of Hutchinson at 125 E Ave B, Hutchinson, Kansas 67501, until 5:00 pm. (CST) on the above-referenced Proposal submission deadline. Proposals shall be submitted within a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Hutchinson, in care of Carissa Paxton, Housing Coordinator, and identified on the outside with the Proposer’s name and address and clearly marked “Housing Development RFP #25-56”
1.3 Submissions may be hand-delivered or sent via return receipt delivery effected by certified mail, priority mail, commercial courier service, overnight delivery service, or other reliable personal delivery service to the City’s above-referenced address. Electronic submissions will also be accepted. To submit your proposal electronically, send all files to the Project Manager listed above via e-mail. Submissions received via mail after the specified time and date will be returned unopened.
