RFP #25261025 Appraisal Review Services for Center Creek Road Rehabilitation

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting for a qualified , competent, professional Eminent Domain Right of Way Appraiser for the purposes of public project construction acquisitions for the Center Creek Road Rehabilitation.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately February 2026 through December 31, 2028 . Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $25,000 and $100,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available FEBRUARY 3, 2026 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm , select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box . Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment). There is no charge for the RFP package.
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than FEBRUARY 18, 2026 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
The proposals may be dropped off at our office. A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).
