Offerors must be able to provide engineering and other professional services as needed. The successful offeror must provide various dam engineering consulting services as needed for the operation and maintenance of the dams or ancillary structures which are owned or operated by Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority, and for capital improvement projects proposed by the Authority.
