City Of Crestview Request for Proposals RFP # 26-09-15 PR   Concessionaire Services for City Athletic Facilities   Notice is hereby given that the City of Crestview is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to operate and manage food and beverage concessions at designated City athletic facilities during City-sponsored leagues, approved tournaments, and other authorized events.   Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. (CST) on September 15, 2026, in the City Clerk’s Office at Crestview City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida 32536, unless otherwise amended by official addendum issued by the City. Late submissions will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Electronic submissions are also accepted through Central Bidding. For assistance with the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M. on September 15, 2026, in the City Council Chambers at Crestview City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, FL 32536.   Scope of Services: The selected contractor will provide concession services at assigned City facilities, including staffing, inventory and supply management, menu and pricing administration, financial reporting, equipment management, facility security, and compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements. The contractor will pay the City an annual rental fee and remit a negotiated percentage of gross concession sales in accordance with the resulting agreement. Additional City-sponsored events or facilities may be added at the City's discretion.   Copies of the RFP documents, requirements, scope of services, and other pertinent information may be obtained electronically from the City of Crestview website (www.cityofcrestview.org) and Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).
