Henry County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Right-of-Way Services for an Annual Contract. Proposals will only be considered by firms currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. RFPs will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Late RFPs will not be considered nor returned. RFPs submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFPs are to be submitted through the County¿s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFPs will not be considered. RFPs may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
