RFP-26-68 Eastside Hangar Development Phase I

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas (City) is accepting formal proposals from qualified applicants for the construction of a hangar on the parcel of land currently occupied by the “Open T-Hangar” located at the Bentonville Municipal Airport at 2510 SW Aviation St. in Bentonville, Arkansas. This project aims to enhance the airport’s infrastructure and accommodate growing aviation needs for the City of Bentonville. The awarded Proposer will be required to receive plan approval from the Airport Advisory Board, Planning Department, and execute an appropriate agreement to lease to develop the parcel. The term and cost to be agreed upon with the City and commensurate with the proposed level of investment in the parcel and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities.
