RFP 26-PR03, Parks Maintenance Services

The City of Milton is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Parks Maintenance Services to ensure the upkeep of its parks, park facilities, athletic fields, trails, and passive recreational areas. The scope of work includes sports field maintenance, landscape care for park grounds and facilities, trail upkeep, porter and cleaning services, and other related maintenance tasks as detailed in the Request for Proposal. All qualified applicants will be considered without discrimination based on age, disability, religion, creed, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s official procurement portal by the deadline of July 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
