RFP 27-00004R - ERC-IEH Services in Connection with Environmental QA/QC Consulting Services

This solicitation is to obtain services in connection with Environmental QA/QC Consulting Services. The SCA anticipates awarding up to one (1) contract to a firm that is prequalified by the SCA at the time of contract award.  To assist you with your request, the following is a brief summary of services that will be required:

General Information/Brief Summary:

The firm selected under this RFP will provide the SCA with services in connection with all aspects of environmental work in construction, including but not limited to; asbestos, lead, mold and PCBs remediation; due diligence associated with site acquisitions/leases (Phase I and Phase II); potable water testing and evaluation; indoor air quality studies; petroleum storage tank and remediation services; and design services associated with various engineering controls for environmental concerns.

   3. the length of time your firm has been in existence and performing the services required under this RFP;
   4. prior projects;
   5. firms youve partnered with; and
   6. the value of the portion your firm worked on.

   4. Street address.  Please ensure that an actual street address must be provided as RFPs are not sent to PO Boxes.

Once the requested information is received, and upon approval from User Department, you may be invited to participate in this RFP.
