State of California RFP 5269942 for Assessment and Monitoring (A&M) Services for Disaster Debris and Hazard Tree Removal Tender # 5269942 Closing Date : 10/12/2026 at 17:00 PM Contact: Tina Larios Phone: Email: tina.larios@dgs.ca.gov Details: The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) issued Request for Proposal (RFP) 5269942 to request proposals from qualified firms to establish multi-year Master Service Agreements (MSAs) as follows: DESCRIPTION (SERVICES): Contractor will provide Assessment and Monitoring Services for Disaster Debris and Hazard Tree Removal to User Agencies. Services are organized into three (3) categories based on parcel quantities: Category 1 (1 - 150 Assessors Parcel Numbers (APNs)), Category 2 (151 - 1500 APNs), and Category 3 (1501+ APNs). PROPOSED TERM: Three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions.
