RFP-AAP-270000000193-1 | IFB 27.0006 Scarlett & Clague Auditorium Renovation

Ann Arbor Public Schools is soliciting bids for the Scarlett and Clague Auditorium Renovation project, which includes renovations at Scarlett Middle School and Clague Middle School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as Scarlett shotcrete wall repairs. The scope of work is divided into multiple bid packages covering demolition, general trades, shotcrete repairs, stage equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and A/V systems. Bids must be submitted via Building Connected by November 18, 2026. While this is an Invitation for Bid, the agency reserves the right to accept a bid other than the lowest one. To be considered, bidders must provide a 5 percent bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified bank check payable to Ann Arbor Public Schools. Mandatory submission documents include the Bid Pricing Form and a notarized Bid Disclosure Statement regarding familial relationships, as failure to provide either will result in disqualification. Additionally, bidders must submit a Contractor Information Form, an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form, and a Certification Form. The successful contractor will have ten days following the notice of award to execute the contract, provide insurance certificates, and file the required bonds before work may commence.
