The project involves moving approximately 3,500 square feet of office and garage contents from a facility at 420 S Garfield Avenue in Pierre, South Dakota, to a government-designated storage facility in or near the same city. The scope of work includes the disassembly of modular furniture and workstations, the safe transportation of retained property—including specialty items such as taxidermy, fish replicas, and a gun safe—and the disposal of obsolete equipment and trash at authorized facilities.
