Full Description

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS3491363957 dated December 1, 2022 with a closing of February 28, 2023 at 14:00. The Digital Service Branch of Public Service and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the supply, installation and integration of a fully functional AV System and desktop workstation setup as part of the refit of Les Terrasses de la Chaudière phase 1a in Gatineau, Quebec. The requirement includes an option to purchase up to three (3) options years for support and maintenance as described in Annex A - Scope of Work. It is estimated the installation will start January 2024 and be completed by October 2024 A mandatory site visit will be held May 9, 2023 and requests to attend must be submitted by May 8, 2023 by 2pm to the Contracting Authority.
