Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, will receive bids from contractors for the CareerLink Office Remodel project located at the Bloomington campus 200 Daniels Way, Bloomington, IN 47404. The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the Contractor who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. Ivy Tech Bloomington is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive services for the construction, renovation and conversion of an existing administrative open work space into a modern open office workspace, to include the construction of meeting rooms, privacy pods, an executive office and waiting area for students and employers. The office space is designed within the existing building constraints using the College standards as a basis of design. The space allocated is approximately 3,580 square feet on the second floor of the Ferguson Academic Building. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The bid forms, Form 96, and other required documents related to the bid must be completed, signed and notarized where indicated. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid. Bids to shall remain firm for 120 days from date of Bid Opening.
