Full Description

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc3657170732 dated September 16 with a closing of November 10, 2022 at 2:00pm and Doc3771618123 dated December 1 with a closing of December 8. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, integration and installation of a fully functional audiovisual system for three Hearing rooms in Ottawa ON with options for four additional Hearings rooms prior to March 31, 2026. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. A mandatory site visit will be held December 19, 2022 and requests to attend must be submitted by December 16, 2022 by 2pm to the Contracting Authority.
