Full Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to meet the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the "Client") for the provision of CFHIS ISS professional services which includes 24/7 maintenance and support to Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 services, conducting enhancements to the CFHIS, and carrying out additional work requirements (e.g. maintenance and support services or system enhancements on an as and when required basis). Please refer to the RFP document for the complete details regarding this requirement including but not limited to the Bidder instructions, evaluation procedures including basis of selection, mandatory and point rated evaluation criteria, and resulting contract clauses. Suppliers interested in providing a bid submission must submit it through the Electronic Procurement Solution (“SAP Ariba’’). Canada will review the RFP bid submissions that will be received on or before 15 January 2024, 2:00 PM EST.
