The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to lead the pre-construction and construction phases of two new facilities: the Public Works West Side Facility and the Public Works Water Annex Facility, both located within the existing Public Works yard. The selected CM/GC will collaborate closely with the City's Architect team to ensure the project is designed and constructed within the approved budget. The contract requires proactive coordination and oversight during all stages of the project with an emphasis on adhering to financial and design parameters established by the City. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 26, 2026, at the Public Works Building in South Jordan. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the State of Utah’s procurement portal, Bonfire, by the deadline of June 5, 2026. The City emphasizes that all questions regarding the bidding process must be submitted through Bonfire’s Q&A function, and direct contact with City officials for inquiries is discouraged. Registration on Bonfire is required to participate, and the City retains the right to accept or reject proposals based on responsiveness and qualifications.
