Full Description

The County is soliciting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer” or “firm”) to provide construction support services for the Diamond Springs Parkway - Phase 1B Project #36105011 (hereinafter referred to as “Project”) in Placerville, California, as required for the County’s Department of Transportation (DOT). The Project will construct the Diamond Springs Parkway, a new four (4) lane arterial road from Missouri Flat Road, near Old Depot Road, to State Route 49, south of Bradley Drive. The Project includes intersection signalization at Missouri Flat Road, Throwita Way, and State Route 49. The Project provides necessary turn lane capacity and connects to the State Route 49 improvements completed in 2022, ultimately creating a continuous four (4) lane roadway corridor with multi-modal features from Pleasant Valley Road/Fowler Lane to United States Highway 50.
