The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department or DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a Contract(s) for lawn care services for Facilities identified in the table below. This solicitation will be administered through the Business Network within MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) and the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Vendors interested in submitting a Proposal must register for a Business Network account and comply with all solicitation terms and conditions. The Department intends to award to multiple Respondents in each Region (Pensacola, Tallahassee and Tampa). However, the Department reserves the right to award to only one Respondent per Facility Group, make a single award for all Regions, or to make no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the State.
