The engagement covers three issues annually, with a print volume of 60,000 copies per issue. The contract’s primary purpose is to maintain a consistent, high-quality publication service that meets the University’s communication needs. All inquiries and communications regarding the RFP are centralized through the designated purchasing agents at West Chester University, with submission and question deadlines clearly defined between May 18 and June 18, 2026.
