Project Description: This project will consist of providing reclamation services for a forfeited License to Explore (LE) exploration site for the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Land Quality Division (WDEQ/LQD). The bond for LE0306 was forfeited by the exploration site’s operator to the State of Wyoming. The WDEQ/LQD is the regulatory agency responsible for reclaiming this exploration site. The WDEQ/LQD is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to successfully reclaim this exploration site meeting the Procuring Agency's requirements.
