All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 10, 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. REQUIREMENT: As part of the Initiation and Planning phase of the RGM, the RG requires a partner, experienced in large scale financial management business and information technology (IT) modernization and transformation projects to serve as the RG’s strategic business transformation advisor, providing strategic advice and business consulting services. The Contractor will offer industry expertise, guidance, methodologies and processes to establish a target state architecture and a transformation roadmap for the RGM.
