AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-01-23 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. IIS operates CCVE equipment at one-hundred and five (105) client facing sites in the W-T region. The equipment currently deployed in sixty two (62) of these sites has reached its end of life and is no longer be supported by the manufacturer or suppliers. We have new CCVE equipment (Avigilon 1.3C-H5SL-D1 cameras and Avigilon VMA-AS3-8P video appliance) in stock to address the 62 sites and require a vendor’s support to install, configure, test and ensure its operability, as well as remove the old/dysfunctional equipment. Additionally, we require assistance to enable remote connectivity to already installed Avigilon equipment at fourteen (14) sites across the Western-Territories region. All tasks must be completed within one year of contract award.
