RFP-GIS-270000000009-1 | EKLC Gym & GCI Concrete Floor Remodel

The Genesee Intermediate School District is soliciting single lump sum proposals for two facility improvement projects in Flint, Michigan: EKLC Gym Wall Improvements and GCI Concrete Floor Refinishing. All work must be performed according to the plans and specifications developed by Wakely Associates Inc./Architects. Bids are due by 2:00pm on October 20, 2026, and must be submitted in one original and two copies to the Director of Business Services at the Erwin L. Davis Education Center.
