The Hanover-Horton School District is soliciting proposals under RFP-2027-001 for the procurement and installation of high school serving line equipment. Delivery and installation must be completed between March 26th and March 30th, 2027. Bids are due by October 5, 2026, at 9:45 a.m. and must be submitted as a signed original hard copy with two additional copies in a sealed envelope. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder deemed most advantageous to the School Food Authority, with price as the primary factor, alongside delivery timelines and bidder qualifications. Applicants must provide several mandatory certifications, including Buy American compliance, Iran Economic Sanctions Act certification, Debarment and Suspension certification, and Familial Relationship Disclosure. Optional line items for the removal and disposal of existing equipment and specific countertop upgrades may also be quoted.
