AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by at 2023 10 09 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Radiation Surveillance Division of Health Canada's Radiation Protection Bureau has a requirement for a gas adsorption analyzer, including installation and training, which must meet all the mandatory technical requirements. Delivery must occur within 8 weeks of Contract Award, and the installation must begin within 7 days of delivery and be completed within 7 days from the installation start date. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
