AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 07, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for PWGSC at 140 O’Connor St., Ottawa, ON to provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will begin at the building entrance at 300 Laurier Avenue, Ottawa, ON, on August 22, 2023 at 10 AM EDT. The visit will be accompanied by a facility escort. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 17, 2023 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
