AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by April 12, 2024 at 14h00 EDT. All responses submitted after 14h00 EDT will result in the response being declared non-responsive.
The Scope of Work will include the provision of technical support and maintenance services delivered to ensure the quality and effectiveness of CSC electronic security systems and associated components. The requirement is for a regional maintenance program for electronic security systems and associated equipment at correctional institutions across Canada. This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one contract per Workstream each, with a duration of four (4) years, plus three (3) one (1)-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts for Workstream 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. There is a optional bidders’ teleconference associated with this requirement. There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
