RFP - Multiple Victoria Class Submarine Spares - Superchargers and Other Engine Related Engine Components

The Department of National Defence is seeking suppliers to provide superchargers and related engine components—including fluid couplings, power take-offs, and housing assemblies—for the Victoria-class submarines, with deliveries required to Victoria, BC and Halifax, NS. Bids must strictly comply with the Annex detailing line item specifications and will be evaluated solely on the lowest evaluated price that meets all mandatory technical criteria. The solicitation is open to all eligible bidders under applicable trade agreements including CFTA, CETA, CPTPP, WTO-GPA, and others, with no set-aside conditions applied. All bids must be submitted in English or French and must arrive no later than July 8, 2026, at 14:00 Eastern Time; late submissions will be rejected without exception. Bids remain valid for 60 days following the closing date, and Canada reserves the right to engage in negotiations with suppliers after evaluation. There are no security clearance requirements for participation. Debriefings are available upon request within 15 working days of the award notification.
