The Novi Community School District is soliciting proposals for the construction of the BP8-Novi HS Innovation Hub Building located at 24062 Taft Rd, Novi, Michigan. Managed by the construction manager, The Christman Company, the project scope encompasses a comprehensive range of work categories including sitework, paving, concrete, roofing, metal panels, glazing, general trades, interior finishing, fire protection, mechanical piping, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
