Full Description

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the implementation and delivery of services for youth and transition age youth (TAY) throughout Alameda County. The services include mentoring, diversion, life skills and support services, civic and social engagement, restorative justice, parenting classes, cognitive behavior intervention, gender specific programs, group/network intervention, anger management classes, literacy program, outpatient drug treatment and sports/recreation. The County seeks to contract with agencies that have the ability and capacity to provide these services to diverse communities within Alameda County.
The County intends to award a three-year contract (with option to renew for an additional two years in increments of the County’s choice) to the Bidders selected as the most responsible Bidders whose responses conform to the RFP and meet the County’s requirements. Bidders who intend to respond to this RFP must demonstrate their ability to provide services. There are thirteen (13) Strategy Services and six (6) Regions; Bidder(s) shall specify the strategy(ies) and regions(s) for which its organization has capacity and intention to provide services.
