The NSPHA is seeking for prospective Proponents for leveling floors of the main corridor and units at 22 Junction Rd, Springhill, NS B0M 1X0. The Hilltop Manor floor levelling work will be completed in an actively occupied seniors’ residential building, with an estimated 60% occupancy throughout construction. (Anticipated Upper Floor occupancy at initial stage). At each phase, one floor will be vacated, and the work will be completed before moving to the next level. The Proponents shall plan and execute the work with full consideration of tenant safety, accessibility, and continuity of operations.
