AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 26, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires non-hazardous solid waste audits be performed at 26 buildings located within the National Capital Region (NCR) during the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year. PWGSC`s Regional Sustainable Buildings Management Team will manage the project on behalf of SPIB.
Each waste audit must occur over three consecutive business days within the same business week.
The Contractor must weigh and sort combined waste material generated in order to determine the actual types and weights of waste being produced at the various buildings. The Contractor must provide all equipment necessary to complete the waste audits including sorting bins, scales, a laptop computer and cleaning materials.
