The City of O’Fallon is accepting sealed proposals for the project known as Sale of Water Meters for Municipal Connections. The Contract Documents, including specifications, are on file at the office of Drexel Technologies at https://projectbids.drexeltech.com and are open for public inspection. Copies of documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for the fee listed online.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “#26-047 RFP Sale of Water Meters for Municipal Connections” to the City of O’Fallon, Attn: Garrett O’Mara, Purchasing Agent, 100 North Main Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366 by the above time. There will be no public opening of the proposals.
The City of O’Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. The City of O’Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
All questions must be submitted in writing to Jay Herigodt, Assistant Public Works Director, no later than 2:00 P.M. (CDT) on October 16, 2026 via email JHerigodt@ofallonmo.gov. Answers to questions will only be distributed via addendum and posted on https://projectbids.drexeltech.com.
