This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Indigenous Services Canada (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to Assist in the operational support and maintenance of the ISC IT services helpdesk.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories: B.10 Helpdesk Specialist P.6 Project Administrator P.7 Project Coordinator P.8 Project Leader P.9 Project Manager Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
