The City of Tucker is seeking proposals to update its existing Transportation and Trail Master Plans by developing a unified, comprehensive plan that will serve as a strategic guide for current and future transportation and trail improvement projects. This initiative aims to create a cohesive roadmap that not only prioritizes infrastructure enhancements but also influences code compliance and supports future development efforts within the city. Building on previous studies conducted in 2018, which included a Strategic Transportation Master Plan, and a city-wide Trail Master Plan developed in partnership with the PATH Foundation, the updated plan will consolidate these efforts into a single, integrated document with a prioritized list of recommended projects. The project is valued between $100,000 and $500,000, with a deadline for responses set for November 18, 2024. Interested firms are encouraged to contact the City of Tucker’s procurement office via email or phone for further details. This contract is part of the city’s ongoing commitment to improving transportation infrastructure and trail systems, ensuring that future developments align with community needs and urban planning goals. The City of Tucker is requesting proposals for the updating the City¿s existing Transportation and Trail Master Plans. This will be a combined plan that will provide the City of Tucker with a roadmap for existing and future transportation and trail improvement projects and a guide to influence code compliance and future development. In 2018, the City of Tucker solicited a study to provide a Strategic Transportation Master Plan (STMP). Subsequently, the City partnered with the PATH foundation to create a city-wide Trail Master Plan. Both studies resulted in a comprehensive list of recommended projects and improvements throughout the City. This RFP is focused on the creation and update these plans as one combined Transportation and Trail Master Plan.
