RFP (v2) HVAC Maintenance Services Contract - Connaught Range and Primary Training Centre

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 24, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for PWGSC at the Connaught Range, Shirley Blvd., Ottawa, ON to provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will begin at 31 Shirley Blvd., Ottawa, ON on May 3rd, 2023 at 10:00 AM EDT. The visit will be accompanied by a facility escort. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 26, 2023 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
