AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 18, 2022 by 14h00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14h00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Health Canada (HC) requires a logistics service provider to execute all the functions associated with pan-Canadian distribution of rapid testing devices under specified temperature control. HC requires an Inbound, Warehousing, and Distribution Solution (IWDS) to provide a complete supply chain approach that encompasses program management, transportation with temperature control at all times, inbound receipt, warehouse management, order fulfillment, outbound delivery, and reporting.
