The County, under agreement and in partnership with the City of Seattle, is seeking proposals for a SMART Dispatch Service (the Service). The Service will provide an on-demand, coordinated dispatch system for wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) with multiple accessible contact points for customers.
