AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. All offers submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. This Request for Proposal process is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to require YVR Airport Authority (YVRAA/VAPM) to modify the existing DSSA to allow for the concurrent use of the elephant trunk / snorkel arm fume hood.
