Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for County TSPLOST Batch 2 Design Services.
Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, February 27, 2025. Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, February 27, 2025. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal openings.
