In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Susanna Garrison Hall Lecture Hall G202 Renovation (the “Project”), located at University of Houston, Main Campus in Houston, Texas. All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to renovate the lecture hall in Susanna Garrison’s room G202 in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Hellmuth, Obata, & Kassabaum, Inc.==A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT at 3875 Holman St, Houston, TX 77204. Meet outside the main entrance and the group will go up to the classroom. Following the pre-proposal meeting, there will be a tour of the site.==University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
