It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Proponents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Proponents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Design Build Services for Modular supportive housing building, as further described in Tender Documents.This process involves two stages, beginning with this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ). Only Proponents who successfully prequalify will be placed on a list of approved proponents and invited to participate in the second-stage solicitation for any new potential opportunities.
