Responses must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Highway 7 East BRT project will allow York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (YRRTC), and York Region (the Region) deliver approximately 8 kilometers of transportation improvements along this corridor, directly enhancing mobility and supporting growth in the Region. The ECI services under this RFPQ includes input to the design of a BRT median rapidway, along with transit system upgrades and new stations in the Project area.For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
