The State of Maine, acting through the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management – Military Bureau, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for the supply and installation of a packaged, electric-motor-driven, air-cooled, oil-injected rotary-screw air compressor system at FMS #2 in Auburn, Maine.
