The U.S. Embassy Kuwait, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for drapery, sheer, and blackout fabrics under RFQ 19KU2026Q0007 for fiscal year 2026, issued as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. The requirement calls for the delivery of 3,000 meters of 100% polyester or high-quality Jacquard drapery fabric with a weight of 400 grams plus or minus 3 grams and a minimum width of 280 cm, 3,000 meters of 100% polyester voile or Trevira CS sheer fabric with the same minimum width, and 5,000 meters of polyester blackout fabric with a width between 120 and 140 cm offering at least 95% blackout performance.
