Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Gardening Services to include furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services for the U.S. Embassy Mexico City. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
