RFQ - 2026 OR NEWER/UNUSED POLARIS GENERAL XP 4 1000 ULTIMATE OR COUNTY APPROVED EQUIVALENT (RESERVED FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES)

The County of San Diego is seeking the procurement of one 2026 or newer/unused Polaris General XP 4 1000 Ultimate vehicle or a County approved equivalent. This solicitation is specifically reserved for local businesses and is conducted as an informal negotiated procurement process. The award will be based on price and performance factors, including the offeror's experience, technical approach, vehicle specifications, and delivery lead time.
