The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits for this project. The contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All products shall be installed per manufacture specifications. (Mandatory Site Visit on 4/30/25 at 9 A.M)
Scope Overview: 1. Gate operator is to be installed inside the property. 2. Install 24”x36”x36” concrete pad for the gate operator. 3. Provide and install one (1) photo-eye, one (1) mounting riser and two (2) virtual loop vehicle presence sensors. 4. Provide and install one (1) surge protector, ground rod and clamp. 5. Contractors’ safety will be observed for compliance with local, State, and federal standards.
