RFQ # 27-21 ESET Protect Elite Product

The Jones County School System is soliciting quotes under RFQ 27-21 for the renewal of 1,400 licenses of the ESET Protect Elite Product tier to provide comprehensive anti-virus and firewall protection. The required product bundle must include endpoint and server security, mobile threat defense, advanced threat defense via LiveGuard Advanced, full disk encryption, cloud app protection for the entire M365 suite via ESET Cloud Office Security, vulnerability and patch management, EDR/XDR via ESET Inspect, and multi-factor authentication via ESET Secure Authentication. Interested suppliers must provide pricing for both 3-year and 5-year contract terms. Proposals are due by October 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM and must be submitted as separate technical and cost proposals.
